Realisation Proceeds definition

Realisation Proceeds means the proceeds of sale (after the deduction of costs and expenses of such sale) of the relevant Exchange Property (in the case of Condition 15(c) (Settlement - Illegality)) or the relevant dividends or other income or distributions or rights (in the case of Condition 14 (Rights Arising on Exchange)) carried out by a broker or investment bank selected by the Issuer and approved by the Trustee, on an arm’s length basis (converted if necessary into euros at the Screen Rate on the date of receipt of such proceeds);
Realisation Proceeds means the proceeds of sale (after the deduction of Permitted Expenses) of the relevant Exchange Property or the relevant dividends or other income or distributions or rights attaching thereto which is carried out by an independent broker or investment bank of international repute selected by the Issuer and approved by the Trustee (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), on an arm’s length basis (converted if necessary into euro at the Prevailing Rate by the Calculation Agent on the date of receipt of such proceeds);
Realisation Proceeds means the proceeds of realisation of, or enforcement of the Security relating to the Secured Assets;
