Real Property Owned definition

Real Property Owned means the real property owned by Seller, and used in connection with the Business as more fully described in Schedule 1.65 hereto.
Real Property Owned means any real property owned in fee simple by the Initial Borrower or a Consolidated Subsidiary of the Initial Borrower; provided, however, that such term shall not include OREO Properties.
