Real Property Improvements definition

Real Property Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Contract.
Real Property Improvements means improvements other than land itself, including, but not limited to, capital improvements.
Real Property Improvements as defined as improvements to the Property and shall include the Improvements and other structures of fixtures erected or affixed to land that are necessary and suitable for the operation of the Business on the Property, that are included in the definition of real property set forth in Section 1.04(2), Texas Tax Code as amended.

Examples of Real Property Improvements in a sentence

  • For a rehabilitation project, the Real Property Improvements must be rehabilitated after NEZ designation.

  • Eligible Rehabilitation costs on the Real Property Improvements shall be at least 30% of the Base Value of the Real Property Improvements.

  • The Concessioner must not construct or install Real Property Improvements (including, without limitation, Capital Improvements and Major Rehabilitations).

More Definitions of Real Property Improvements

Real Property Improvements. – means a habitable structure as defined by the Fort Worth Building Code.
Real Property Improvements means all improvements and fixtures located on the Real Property, including: (i) all structures affixed to the Real Property; (ii) all apparatus, equipment, and appliances used in connection with the operation or occupancy of the Real Property; and (iii) all facilities used to provide any services to the Real Property and/or the structures affixed thereto.
Real Property Improvements shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 4.8(e). 11
Real Property Improvements means improvements to real property for which BCAD assesses a value.
Real Property Improvements means improvements made to buildings, structures, fixtures and other capital improvements, which are permanently affixed to the land in a manner that they are part of the realty. This term includes marina docks and slips. All real property improvements shall be approved by the ASPB prior to construction. If purchased by or built by the Offeror they are considered Concessioner Facilities following approval by the ASPB.
Real Property Improvements means any and all structures, buildings and other improvements existing on the property at the time of the execution of the Agreement and during the term of the Agreement.
Real Property Improvements means any structures or improvements including, but not limited to buildings and related improvements to be constructed or developed on the Project Sites.
