For a rehabilitation project, the Real Property Improvements must be rehabilitated after NEZ designation.
Eligible Rehabilitation costs on the Real Property Improvements shall be at least 30% of the Base Value of the Real Property Improvements.
The Concessioner must not construct or install Real Property Improvements (including, without limitation, Capital Improvements and Major Rehabilitations).
