Real Properties definition

Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.
Real Properties means the real property owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Real Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).

  • At all time relevant hereto, TLC Investment & Trade Co., TLC America, Inc., dba Brea Development Company, TLC Brokerage, Inc., dba TLC Marketing, TLC Development, Inc., and/or TLC Real Properties RLLP-1, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “TLC”), issued investment instruments in the form of promissory notes, real estate investment agreements and/or investment contracts, all of which are securities under the CSL.

  • Generally, the Transferred Real Properties are (1) environmentally contaminated property and the subject of current or expected clean-up obligations, and (2) no longer beneficial to the on-going operations of the Debtors.

  • EPA, the States, and the Debtors shall take all appropriate steps under each financial assurance instrument to release all financial assurance maintained by the Debtors at Liquidated Sites or Transferred Real Properties, as listed in Exhibit E to this Settlement Agreement, within thirty days after the Debtors transfer all funds pursuant to Sections VI and XI of this Settlement Agreement.

  • On or about the Effective Date, certain Debtors, including certain MCI Subsidiaries, shall transfer the Transferred Real Properties to the Environmental Custodial Trust.


More Definitions of Real Properties

Real Properties shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.16.

Real Properties means all real properties and interests in real properties (including any leasehold interests, licenses, options or reversionary interests), together with all fixtures, fittings, buildings, structures and other improvements erected thereon, and easements, rights of way, water lines, rights of use, licenses, hereditaments, tenements, privileges and other appurtenances thereto (such as appurtenant rights in and to public streets).
