Real Estate-Related Securities definition

Real Estate-Related Securities shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.
Real Estate-Related Securities means equity and debt securities of both publicly traded and private companies, including REITs and pass-through entities, that own Real Property or loans secured by real estate, including investments in commercial mortgage-backed securities and derivative instruments, owned by the Corporation directly or indirectly through one or more of its Affiliates.
Real Estate-Related Securities means the real estate related securities investments, or such investments the Board of Directors and the Advisor mutually designate as Real Estate Related Securities to the extent such investments could be classified as either Real Estate Related Securities or Real Property, which are owned from time to time by the Company, the Operating Partnership, Subsidiaries or Joint Ventures.
