Real Estate Owner definition

Real Estate Owner or “BasX Properties, LLC” means BASX Properties, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company.
Real Estate Owner means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, an individual, and his successors and assigns, to the extent permitted pursuant to Section 9.2 of this Lease Agreement.
Real Estate Owner is a collective reference to the Sellers identified as such in the Real Estate PSA.
