Reading Date definition

Reading Date means the date(s) by which You are required to provide Us with an Export Meter Reading and/or a Generation Meter reading, as applicable, for particular Quarters. These will be the dates set out in the Confirmation or any revised dates that We decide should apply, and then tell You about, in order to reflect changes to the Quarterly basis on which we administer FiT Payments;
Reading Date means the date(s) by which You are required to provide Us with a Meter Reading. These will be the twentieth day of the final month of each Quarter or such other date that We tell You about;
Reading Date means the date(s) by which You are required to provide Us with an Export Meter

Examples of Reading Date in a sentence

  • Company must obtain an Actual Meter Reading within two Business Days of the date published in the Meter Reading Schedule, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall submit the Data from the Meter Reading to the Registration Agent within three Business Days of the Scheduled Meter Reading Date.

  • First Closing Date shall refer to the time and date of delivery of certificates for the Firm Shares and such Optional Shares). Any such time and date of delivery, if subsequent to the First Closing Date, is called an “Option Closing Date,” shall be determined by the Representatives and shall not be earlier than three or later than five full business days after delivery of such notice of exercise. If any Optional Shares are to be purchased, each Underwriter agrees, severally and not jointly, to purchase the number of Optional Shares (subject to such adjustments to eliminate fractional shares as the Representatives may determine) that bears the same proportion to the total number of Optional Shares to be purchased as the number of Firm Shares set forth on Schedule A opposite the name of such Underwriter bears to the total number of Firm Shares. The Representatives may cancel the option at any time prior to its expiration by giving written notice of such cancellation to the Company.

  • Certification Date means the later of the date on which an order granting certification or authorization of a Proceeding against one or more Non-Settling Defendants is issued by a Court and the time to appeal such certification or authorization has expired without any appeal being taken, or if an appeal is taken the date of the final disposition of such appeal.

  • First Trading Date means 28 April 2022.

  • Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Second Closing Date means the date of the Second Closing.

  • Execution Date has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
