R&D WORK means any work to identify and develop a Product, to characterize and qualify the properties or parameters of a Product, to investigate methods to use a Product, or to modify or improve an existing Product.

Related to R&D WORK

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • job work means any treatment or process undertaken by a person on goods belonging to another registered person and the expression “job worker” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
