R&D Program definition

R&D Program means any research and development program commenced by Newco pursuant to the Project.
R&D Program means each collaborative program of Development activities established in accordance with Sections 2.3(a) or 2.7, as applicable, and conducted by or on behalf of the Parties during the R&D Term in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and that is not a Discontinued R&D Program.

More Definitions of R&D Program

R&D Program means the research and development program to be conducted ----------- during the Research Term by DIVERSA and DOW pursuant to Section 2, as more fully described [*****].
R&D Program means, with respect to each Initial PTP, a program of discovery, research and preclinical development aimed at generating a Development Candidate and back-up Program Compounds directed to the applicable Program Target Profile.
