Task orders may include military munitions response, Advanced Geophysical Classification (AGC), Inventory Project Reports (INPR), RCRA processes, pollution prevention, solid waste management, environmental compliance, natural resources and wildlife management, cultural and historic resources management, Restoration Advisory Board Assessments, community relations, records management, and other environmental services.
State RCRA, CWA, CAA and PWSS enforcement program performance will be evaluated as described in the Region 8 State Enforcement Performance Oversight Protocol and as described in the state-specific State Oversight Plan.
The quality assurance plans developed by UDEQ for the RCRA, CWA, CAA delegated programs and the CERCLA program are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
The contractor agrees to comply with all the requirements of Section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recov- ery Act (RCRA), as amended (42 U.S.C. 6962), including but not limited to the regulatory provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 247, and Executive Order 12873, as they apply to the procurement of the items designated in Subpart B of 40 C.F.R. Part 247.
