RCF Agreement definition

RCF Agreement means the €25,000,000 revolving credit facility agreement originally dated 24 May 2016 between (among others) the Company and the RCF Agent, as amended and restated by the amendment and restatement agreement between (among others) the Company and the RCF Agent dated 3 March 2020, and includes any interest rate swap agreement or other derivative instruments or hedging arrangement entered into in connection with the foregoing.

RCF Agreement means the revolving credit facility agreement in connection with the Revolving Credit Facility dated on or around the date of these 1L Bond Terms between, among others, the Issuer, the RCF Agent and the RCF Creditors party thereto.

RCF Agreement means the agreement dated November 23, 2012, as amended and restated pursuant to a deed of amendment and restatement dated 14 March 2014, pursuant to which the RCF is made available.
