Rates Schedule means a written schedule addressed and supplied by CLC to a Consignor by which charges can be calculated having regard to such factors as the type of service supplied, the number and size of goods, minimum charge, place of pick-up and delivery, weight, distance and transit time

Related to Rates Schedule

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.
