Rates of Pay definition

Rates of Pay means the Rates of Pay set out in Appendix A;
Rates of Pay. (i) "weekly rate of pay" means an employee’s annual salary divided by 52.176;
Rates of Pay means rates based on an Employee’s regular pay expressed as an annual salary:

Examples of Rates of Pay in a sentence

  • Such action shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Employment, Upgrading, Demotion, or Transfer; Recruitment or Recruitment Advertising; Layoff or Termination; Rates of Pay or other forms of Compensation; and Selection for Training including Apprenticeship.

  • During the term of this Award, expense related allowances will be adjusted in accordance with movements in the expense related allowances in the Crown Employees Wages Staff (Rates of Pay) Award.

  • These rates of pay are inclusive of the following award prescribed entitlements: ♦ Base Rates of Pay (NBCIA Clause 18.1) ♦ Supplementary Payment (NBCIA Clause 18.1) ♦ Safety Net Adjustment (NBCIA Clause 18.1) ♦ Special Allowance (NBCIA Clause 18.2) ♦ Follow the Job Loading (NBCIA Clause 18.3) ♦ Industry Allowance (NBCIA Clause 24.1) ♦ Tool Allowance (NBCIA Clause 24.3) Any variation or increase to the aforesaid Award entitlements shall not flow on to the adult rates prescribed herein.

  • The ordinary rates of pay to be paid to improvers shall be in accordance with the percentages set out below applied to the sum of the tradesperson's weekly rate set out in Clause 8(2)(a) - Rates of Pay and the appropriate special allowance set out in Clause 8(5).


More Definitions of Rates of Pay

Rates of Pay hourly rate of pay" means an employee's hourly rate of pay for position as set out in Appendix A, "daily rate of pay" means an employee's hourly rate of pay multiplied by regularly scheduled daily hours of work, of "weekly rate means an employee's hourly rate of pay multiplied by regularly scheduled hours of work per year divided by 52;
Rates of Pay means rates based on an employee's regular pay expressed as an annual salary: rate of pay" means annual salary divided by 26.088; and "hourly rate of means daily rate of pay divided by the number of the employee's regularly scheduled daily hours of work, except that, where an employee is paid by the hour, the hourly rate of pay shall be the rate of pay established by the employer for that employment;
Rates of Pay. The salaries reflected in SCHEDULE B shall be effective only for the 2022-2023 school year, and teacher-itinerants shall advance one (1) increment on the salary schedule subject to the provisions that follow.
Rates of Pay means the rates of pay referred to in Article 45 of the Master Agreement and as specified in the subsidiary agreements to the former collective agreement;
Rates of Pay weekly rate of pay" means an employee's annual salary divided by 52.176; rate of pay" means an employee's weekly rate of pay divided by five (5); "hourly rate of pay" means the rate established in the rates of pay schedules;
Rates of Pay means the rate of pay which will be paid for each day / hour worked during an assignment weekly in arrears, subject to deductions and Agreed Deductions, as set out in the relevant Assignment Details Form. The Rate of Pay compromises 87.93% standard pay, and 12.07% holiday pay which will be paid together or separately at the Agencies workers request, as per section 7. The relevant Assignment Details Forms will also set out any increase to the rate of pay, if any upon completion of the Qualifying Period;
