Rated Notes definition

Rated Notes means the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.
Rated Notes. With respect to (a) the Secured Notes, each class of notes secured by an interest in the Secured Notes which has been rated by the Rating Agencies at the request of the Seller; and (b) the Notes, each class of Notes which has been rated by the Rating Agencies at the request of the Depositor.

More Definitions of Rated Notes

Rated Notes means Notes which have been rated by a Rating Agency. “Rating Agency” means any debt-rating agency specified as such.

Expressions defined in those documents and not otherwise defined in these Conditions shall where used in these Conditions have the meanings indicated in the Relevant Documents. Certain provisions of these Conditions are summaries of the Relevant Documents and are subject to their detailed provisions. Copies of the Relevant Documents will be available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and at the Specified Office for the time being of the Principal Paying Agent.
