Rated Certificates definition

Rated Certificates means each Class of Certificates that has been rated by a Rating Agency at the request of the Seller.
Rated Certificates means each Class of Certificates that has been rated by a Rating Agency.
Rated Certificates means the securities of any class or series issued in a Securitized Financing that has been rated by a Rating Agency at the request of the Grantor.

  • So long as any Rated Certificates are Outstanding, the Depositor shall maintain legal and beneficial ownership of at least 51% of the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Class D-R Certificates, unless otherwise agreed to by the Controlling Holders.

  • The Seller hereby certifies to the Trustee that the rating agency rating the Rated Certificates is the Rating Agency, and that its address is as set forth in Section 13.05.

  • Any Fiscal Agent shall at all times maintain a long-term unsecured debt rating of no less than "Aa3" from Xxxxx'x and "AA-" from S&P (or, in the case of either Rating Agency, such lower rating as will not result in an Adverse Rating Event with respect to any Class of Rated Certificates (as confirmed in writing to the Trustee and the Depositor by such Rating Agency)).
