Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of this Note and that is either specified or calculated in accordance with the provisions hereon.
Rate means the Adjusted LIBO Rate and the Alternate Base Rate.
Prime Rate of Interest means that rate of interest designated as such by Fleet National Bank of Connecticut, N.A., or any successor thereto, as the same may from time to time fluctuate.
Final rate of pay means the actual rate upon which earnings of an employee were calculated during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the member's effective retirement date, including employee contributions picked up after August 1, 1982, pursuant to KRS 61.560(4). The rate shall be certified to the system by the employer and the following equivalents shall be used to convert the rate to an annual rate: two thousand eighty (2,080) hours for eight (8) hour workdays, nineteen hundred fifty (1,950) hours for seven and one-half (7-1/2) hour workdays, two hundred sixty (260) days, fifty-two (52) weeks, twelve (12) months, one (1) year;
Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.
Reset Rate means, in connection with each Remarketing, the rate per annum (as determined by the Remarketing Agent(s) in consultation with the Company pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement) rounded to the nearest one thousandth (0.001) of one percent that the Notes shall bear.
Maximum Lawful Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);
Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 4(b)(ii), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.
Actual Rate of Pay means, unless and until the Agency Worker has completed the Qualifying Period, the rate of pay which will be paid for all time worked during an Assignment for each hour worked, as set out in the relevant Assignment Details Form;
Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.
Contract Rate means, with respect to a Receivable, the rate per annum at which interest accrues under the Contract evidencing such Receivable. Such rate may be less than the “Annual Percentage Rate” disclosed in the Receivable.
Actual QP Rate of Pay means the rate of pay which will be paid to the Agency Worker if and when s/he completes the Qualifying Period, as set out in any variation to the relevant Assignment Details Form;
Highest Lawful Rate means the maximum lawful interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, charged, or received under the laws applicable to any Lender which are presently in effect or, to the extent allowed by law, under such applicable laws which may hereafter be in effect and which allow a higher maximum nonusurious interest rate than applicable laws now allow.
Initial Rate of Interest means the initial rate of interest per annum specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Yield Rate means, (i) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Security on deposit at any time in either of the Paired Holding Trusts, the stated interest rate of such Eligible Treasury, if any, or any discount rate applicable to such Eligible Treasury, based on the purchase date and purchase price at which the applicable Paired Holding Trust acquired that Eligible Treasury, and (ii) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Repurchase Agreement, the difference between the repurchase price and the purchase price paid under such agreement, with such difference expressed as a percentage of such purchase price.
Base Rate of Pay means the employee’s hourly rate of pay excluding any premiums, incentives, add-ons or rollups.
