Rate Effective Date definition

Rate Effective Date means the first day of the next full calendar month following the MOU Effective Date, as defined in Section 3.2.3.

Rate Effective Date means the first date of the billing period to which a Rate Schedule or Rate Schedule extension applies. WAPA will provide notice to the Customers of the Rate Effective Date.
