Rate Covenant definition

Rate Covenant means the requirements specified in Section 14(a) (Affirmative Covenants – Rate Covenant).
Rate Covenant means the Authority’s covenant contained in Section 5.01 to impose rates and charges in the manner described therein.
Rate Covenant means the rate covenant of the District set out in Section 705(a) of this Trust Agreement.

Examples of Rate Covenant in a sentence

  • The Company, 407 ETR and any other Subsidiary may deal with its assets in the ordinary course of business, provided that neither the Company nor 407 ETR shall, nor will the Company permit any Subsidiary to, sell, lease, license or otherwise dispose of any material portion of its property or assets unless: (a) on a pro forma basis, the Company would have complied with the Indenture and the Supplemental Indentures, including the Rate Covenant; and (b) no Event of Default would occur as a result thereof.

  • Additional Covenants In addition to covenants contained in any Supplemental Indenture, and the Additional Indebtedness Covenant and the Rate Covenant (both described above), the following covenants apply to the Company, 407 ETR and any other Subsidiary: (a) All Bonds shall be secured by a guarantee given by 407 ETR to the Trustee under the Indenture and the security therefore.

More Definitions of Rate Covenant

Rate Covenant means the covenant of the Issuer set forth in Section 303 of this Trust Indenture.
Rate Covenant means the rate covenant provided for in Sections 15(a) and (b) of the WIFIA Bond Ordinance.
Rate Covenant means the Port’s covenant contained in Section 5.01 hereof to fix, revise, maintain and collect CFCs and Contingent Fee Payments in the manner described therein.
