RAR Showing definition

RAR Showing means the RAR compliance or advisory filing (or similar or successor showing or filing) an LSE is required to make to the CPUC (and/or, to the extent authorized by the CPUC, to the CAISO), pursuant to the CPUC Decisions, or to any Governmental Body having jurisdiction.
RAR Showing means the RAR compliance showings (or similar or successor showings) a load-serving entity is required to make to the CPUC (and/or, to the extent authorized by the CPUC, to the CAISO), pursuant to the Resource Adequacy Rulings.
RAR Showing means the resource adequacy requirements compliance showing (or similar or successor showings) that a load serving entity is required to make to CAISO.

Examples of RAR Showing in a sentence

  • Subject to Seller approval and no later than five (5) Business Days before the relevant deadline for each RAR or Local RAR Showing, Buyer may request that Seller not, or cause each Unit’s SC not to, list a portion or all of a Unit’s Unit Quantity on the Supply Plan.

  • Seller shall cause the Scheduling Coordinator to certify to Buyer fifteen (15) Business Days before the relevant deadline for any applicable RAR Showing, that Buyer will be credited with the Import RA Capacity for the Delivery Period in the Supply Plan.

  • Seller’s obligation to deliver the Contract Quantity for any Monthly Delivery Period may be reduced by Seller if any Unit or portion thereof is scheduled for a Planned Outage during that month, provided that Seller notifies Buyer, no later than fifteen (15) Business Days before the relevant deadline for the corresponding RAR or Local RAR Showing applicable to that month.
