RAPID AMORTISATION PERIOD definition

RAPID AMORTISATION PERIOD means the period starting from and including the Rapid Amortisation Commencement Date.
RAPID AMORTISATION PERIOD means the Amortisation Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date (other than a Pay Out Commencement Date resulting solely from a Regulated Amortisation Trigger Event) and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 05-4 Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Receivables Trust pursuant to Clause 6.3 or Clause 8;
RAPID AMORTISATION PERIOD means the period commencing on the day on which a Pay-Out Event (not being a Regulated Amortisation Trigger Event) is deemed to occur pursuant to the provisions of the Applicable Supplement, and ending (for the purposes of these Conditions) on the earlier of (i) the day on which the Investor Interest is reduced to zero and (ii) the Series Termination Date specified in the Applicable Supplement;
