Rain Gear definition

Rain Gear. The County shall provide one (1) set of rain gear and waterproof footwear for those employees required to work in inclement weather, and to replace upon verification of need.
Rain Gear. The District will have a minimum of six (6) sets of rain gear available for use by employees covered by this Agreement when their duties necessitate such.
