Railway Code Systems definition

Railway Code Systems means necessary systems within the meaning of the Systems Code;
Railway Code Systems means necessary systems within the meaning of the Systems Code, and/or any other systems code introduced by the CVL IM in respect of the CVL as from time to time approved by the XXX;

Related to Railway Code Systems

  • Enterprise zone means a neighborhood enterprise zone designated under the neighborhood enterprise zone act, 1992 PA 147, MCL 207.771 to 207.787.

  • Service-disabled veteran-owned business means a service-disabled veteran-owned business located in the State of Tennessee that satisfies the criteria in Tenn. Code. Ann. § 12-3-1102(8). "Service-disabled veteran" means any person who served honorably in active duty in the armed forces of the United States with at least a twenty percent (20%) disability that is service-connected, i.e., the disability was incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval or air service.

  • Code Section 409A means Section 409A of the Code and the regulations and guidance promulgated thereunder.

  • Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Small disadvantaged business concern means a small business concern that represents, as part of its offer that—

  • Electricity Act means the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, Schedule A;

  • Industry Code means a code approved or determined by ICRC under Part 4 of the Act;

  • Buffer Zone means an area designated to be left along roads or other features in which there will be no cutting.

  • City Code means the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

  • Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.

  • Agricultural lands means land currently used for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity for commercial purposes, land left fallow under a crop rotational program, or land enrolled in an agricultural subsidy or set-aside program.

  • GATT 1994 means the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, references to articles in the GATT 1994 include the interpretative notes;

  • Worker Wage Rate means the actual hourly wage of non-salaried persons performing work on the Project plus allowable employer contributions as established on the Worker Wage Rate Form required by the Construction Documents. The Worker Wage Rate must be reasonable and customary for their industry, must equal or exceed the prevailing wage established by Owner and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment. All payments for non-salaried personnel working on the Project are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by employer for services performed for the Project.

  • Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.

  • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.
