Examples of Rail Services in a sentence

  • Queensland Rail does not presently have interests in markets upstream or downstream from the Below Rail Services that are in competition with third parties in those markets and there is no expectation that it is likely to do so during the Term.

  • The primary function of QR Network is to manage the provision of Below Rail Services.

  • Access Holders shall be responsible for the provision of any other services, including Above Rail Services, required for the operation of their Train Services.

  • QR for any services (including safety and environmental services) for the purpose of processing Access Applications or providing Below Rail Services, and QR Network seeks to terminate those arrangements and execute an agreement with another QR Operational Business Group for the provision of such services.

  • In carrying out such an inspection or audit, the Access Holder must not interfere unreasonably with QR Network’s provision of Above Rail Services and Below Rail Services and must use reasonable endeavours to avoid damage or injury and to minimise any disruption to the business activities of QR Network or other Access Holders.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
