Rail Cars definition

Rail Cars means any railroad cars, including without limitation general service tank cars, pressure tank cars and specialized freight cars, and all ancillary components and equipment for such railroad cars.
Rail Cars. Those certain railroad tank cars owned or leased by Sterling or BASF for the Initial Term and Additional Term, if any, as provided on Exhibit L.   • rail carrier ’ means a person providing common carrier railroad transportation for compensation, but does not include street, suburban, or interurban electric railways not operated as part of the general system of rail transportation;
