Quote Sheet definition

Quote Sheet means the document, in standard LeaseWeb lay out, in which LeaseWeb specifies a Quote. Receiving Party means the Party that receives – or is granted access toConfidential Information by the Disclosing Party, as referred to in Clause 24. Service Charges means the charges, fees, costs and expenses payable under the Agreement by Customer to Leaseweb for the provision of Services and the same arising out of Customer’s use of the Services, including recurring and non-recurring charges, set out in the Services Specification and the Order. Service Credits means a credit, calculated in accordance with the Support and Service Level Schedule, applied to Customer’s account, and to be used as credit against future invoices. Service Disruption an interruption or degradation in the provision of one or more Services by Leaseweb to Customer; provided that such interruption or degradation is not the result of an Excluded Event (as defined in the Support and Service Level Schedule).
Quote Sheet means the information provided by QSI to detail the terms of Software and/or Support offered to Customer. The terms of the Quote Sheet are incorporated by reference into the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Quote Sheet

  • Rate Sheet or “Tariff Sheet” means any of the documents filed in accordance with the "Filing Procedures for Electric, Wastewater, Steam and Gas Utilities".

  • Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Team Sheet means a form provided by the Competition on which the names of the Players taking part in a Competition match are listed.

  • Most Recent Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • Visible sheen means the presence of a film or sheen upon or a discoloration of the surface of the discharge. A sheen can also be from a thin glistening layer of oil on the surface of the discharge.

  • Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.4(a)(ii) of the Agreement.

  • Pro Forma Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b) hereof.

  • Funds Flow Memorandum means the flow of funds memorandum in the agreed form prepared on behalf of the Company by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx containing details of the flow of funds at Closing.

  • Balance Sheets has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Interim Balance Sheet as defined in Section 3.4.

  • Preliminary Closing Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c)(i).

  • Offer Sheet means Bidder’s firm offer submitted to Purchaser in accordance with the specification.

  • Financial Statements Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.7.

  • Preliminary Offering Memorandum means the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, dated June 19, 2013, relating to the Offered Securities to be offered by the Purchasers.

  • Payoff statement means a written statement furnished by the mortgage servicer which sets forth all of the following:

  • Unaudited Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a)(ii).

  • Reference Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.06(a).

  • Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Call Report means the Call Report(s) (as defined in Section 4102(4) of the SBJA) of the IDI Subsidiary(ies); and (b) if there are multiple IDI Subsidiaries, all references herein or in any document executed or delivered in connection herewith (including the Certificate of Designation, the Initial Supplemental Report and all Quarterly Supplemental Reports) to any data reported in a Call Report shall refer to the aggregate of such data across the Call Reports for all such IDI Subsidiaries.

  • Cover Sheet means the cover sheet to this Agreement, completed by Seller and incorporated into the Agreement.

  • Parent SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).

  • Audited Balance Sheet means the audited balance sheet of the company prepared for the purposes of the Companies Acts for a financial year unless an audited consolidated balance sheet dealing with the state of affairs of the company and its subsidiary undertakings required to be dealt with in group accounts has been prepared for those purposes for the same financial year, in which case it means that audited consolidated balance sheet, and in that case all references to reserves shall be deemed to be references to consolidated reserves;

  • Closing Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22.

  • Qualified Financial Contract means a qualified financial contract as defined in 12 U.S.C. Section 1821(e)(8)(D).

  • Financial Contract of a Person means (i) any exchange-traded or over-the-counter futures, forward, swap or option contract or other financial instrument with similar characteristics or (ii) any Rate Management Transaction.

  • Purchaser Financial Statements shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.8.1.
