Quotation Time definition

Quotation Time means the relevant time (if any) specified as such in the applicable Reference Rate Terms.
Quotation Time means the time specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Quotation Time shall be as set out in the applicable Final Terms;

  • If the Relevant Screen Rate is unavailable, the Agent Bank will request the principal London office of each of the Reference Banks to provide the Agent Bank with its offered quotation to leading banks for the relevant Quotation Deposits for the relevant Quotation Period in the relevant Quotation Market as at or about the relevant Quotation Time on such Interest Determination Date.

  • In relation to each Class of Notes the rate of interest payable in respect of such Class (each a "Rate of Interest" and together the "Rates of Interest") and the relevant Interest Amount in respect of such Class shall be determined on the basis of the provisions set out below: (a) On each Interest Determination Date in relation to such Class, the Agent Bank will determine the Relevant Screen Rate in respect of such Class as at or about the Quotation Time for such Class.
