Quotation Information definition

Quotation Information means all bids (as defined under SEC Rule 600(b)(8)), offers (as defined under SEC Rule 600(b)(8)), all bids and offers of OTC Equity Securities, displayed quotation sizes in Eligible Securities, market center identifiers (including, in the case of FINRA, the FINRA member that is registered as a market maker or electronic communications network or otherwise utilizes the facilities of FINRA pursuant to applicable FINRA rules, that entered the quotation), withdrawals and other information pertaining to quotations in Eligible Securities required to be reported to the Plan Processor pursuant to this Agreement and SEC Rule 613.

Quotation Information means all bids, offers, displayed quotation sizes, the market center identifiers and, in the case of FINRA, the FINRA Participant that entered the quotation, withdrawals and other information pertaining to quotations in Eligible Securities required to be collected and made available to the Processor pursuant to this Plan.

Quotation Information means (i) all bids, offers, quotation sizes, aggregate quotation sizes, identities of brokers or dealers making bids or offers and other information in respect of Network A Eligible Securities and Non-Eligible Securities; (ii) the identifier of the Authorizing SRO furnishing each bid or offer; (iii) each “consolidated BBO” (as the CQ Plan defines that term) in the foregoing information and any identifier associated therewith; (iv) each “ITS/CAES BBO” (as the CQ Plan defines that term) and any identifier associated therewith; and (v) related information.

Examples of Quotation Information in a sentence

• Last Sale Reports and Quotation Information are the property of the Participant on which the respective transactions took place or the quotations were entered, and no Participant shall be deemed to have waived any of its proprietary interests therein as a result of furnishing the same to Vendor.

• OPRA may offer a complete options market data service consisting of the BBO combined with consolidated Last Sale Reports and Quotation Information, or OPRA may offer a limited service consisting of the BBO combined with consolidated Last Sale Reports only while separately continuing to offer Last Sale Reports and complete Quotation Information.

• Such information shall include consolidated Last Sale Reports and consolidated Quotation Information for all series of options for which the Members are required to provide current market information to OPRA in accordance with paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section 5.2, and shall also include the BBO for all such series of options.

• As provided in Section 5.2(c), upon the availability of a BBO through the OPRA System, OPRA may contract separately for Last Sale Reports combined with the BBO, or it may offer Last Sale Reports, Quotation Information and the BBO together in a single contract.

• OPRA may, in its discretion, require that Vendors, Subscribers or other approved persons be separately approved to receive consolidated Last Sale Reports and/or consolidated Quotation Information relating to each of FCO Securities, Index Option Securities or other categories of Eligible Securities.

Quotation Information means bids, offers, or related information pertaining to quotations in Eligible Securities, including information consisting of the BBO for Eligible Securities.

Quotation Information means, at any given time, the price and quantity data and all data derived from all bids and offers submitted for entry into the Trading System, including the times at which such bids and offers are entered.
