Quiet Zone definition

Quiet Zone means any area of land or highway included within any zone under the provisions of the Zoning Bylaw of the Municipality in effect from time to time other than land in an Industrial Zone or Commercial Zone on which no residential dwelling units have been constructed;
Quiet Zone means all lands located within a distance of 250 meters of all exterior walls of a hospital, nursing home, or seniors retirement facility;
Quiet Zone means the area and block municipally known as the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital (Arnprior Regional Health) and illustrated in Appendix ‘A” attached hereto.

More Definitions of Quiet Zone

Quiet Zone means those areas so described in this Bylaw and so indicated in Schedule A, attached to and forming part of this Bylaw;
