Question Deadline definition

Question Deadline means the time and date on which the County will stop accepting questions or other RFP-related requests. Any question submitted thereafter will be considered untimely and may not be answered. For the purposes of this RFP, the Question Deadline is 11:59 pm on March 25, 2024.

  • Questions received after the Question Deadline may not be considered and may not be answered, although the Owner reserves the discretion, but has no obligation, to consider and respond to questions received after the Question Deadline.

  • Such request must be received at least 2 business days before the Bidder’s proposed date for the proposed investigation, provided that all investigations must be completed by the Question Deadline.

  • Objection Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Settlement Class Member must serve written objections, if any, to the Settlement to be able to object to the Settlement. The Objection Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.

  • Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Opt-Out Deadline means the deadline set by the Court for the timely submission of requests by Settlement Class Members to be excluded from the Settlement Class.

  • Offer Deadline means the exact date and time when no Offer submitted thereafter may be considered or accepted by District.

  • Voter registration deadline means the registration deadline provided in Section 20A-2-102.5.
