Quarterly Distribution Date definition

Quarterly Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within 45 days of the end of a calendar quarter, the first Quarterly Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.
Quarterly Distribution Date means the first Business Day after the end of each quarterly calendar period (i.e., March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each calendar year) occurring after the Effective Date.
Quarterly Distribution Date means the first Business Day after the end of each quarterly calendar period (i.e., March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each calendar year) occurring after the Effective Date, or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable.

  • No interest shall accrue or be paid on the unpaid amount of any distribution paid on a Quarterly Distribution Date in accordance with Article VI.A of the Plan.

More Definitions of Quarterly Distribution Date

Quarterly Distribution Date means the 25th day of each of January, April, July and October, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately following Business Day, commencing October 27, 2008.
