Quality Specifications definition

Quality Specifications means the specifications of Gas and Liquids that are acceptable for receipt by the Transporter, as provided for in the Tariff, including without limitation the specifications in Article 2 hereof, all as may be revised from time to time by Transporter.

Quality Specifications means the Wafer quality standards and criteria set forth in Exhibit F (Quality Specifications), as may they be modified by written agreement of the Parties from time to time.

Quality Specifications. Means the Quality Specifications that the Crude Oil must have for its transportation through the Pipeline which are described in Attachment D to the Agreement.

• For all gas received, transported and delivered hereunder the Parties agree to the Quality Specifications and Standards for Measurement as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff Volume No. 1.

• If Gatherer determines at any time that any Saltwater tendered by Producer at any Receipt Point does not meet the Saltwater Quality Specifications, then Gatherer shall have the right, at its sole option and effective immediately upon notice to Producer, to refuse to accept such Saltwater.

Gatherer shall ensure that NGLs produced at the Processing Plant shall be a truckable product with Xxxx Vapor Pressure no greater than 220 psig at 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

• HFRM shall be responsible for and pay for all damages resulting from handling of any Products by HFRM, its designee, or its consignee; provided, however, so long as the Products meet the El Dorado Quality Specifications, HFRM shall not be responsible for damages arising from the negligence or willful misconduct of HEP, its agents, employees or contractors or from ordinary wear and tear.
