Quality Removal Service means the services in Gassled for removal of CO2 and / or H2S from the Gas. The Quality Removal Service is further defined in the Transportation System Description.
Graffiti remover means a product labeled to remove spray paint, ink, marker, crayon, lipstick, nail polish, or shoe polish, from a variety of noncloth or nonfabric substrates. “Graffiti Remover” does not include “Paint Remover or Stripper,” “Nail Polish Remover,” or “Spot Remover.” Products labeled for dual use as both a paint stripper and graffiti remover are considered “Graffiti Removers.”
Emergency removal for purposes of this Policy shall mean removing a respondent from the District’s education program or activity on an emergency basis, provided that the District undertakes an individualized safety and risk analysis, determines that an immediate threat to the physical health or safety of any student or other individual arising from the allegations of sexual harassment justifies removal, and provides the respondent with notice and an opportunity to challenge the decision immediately following the removal.
