Quality Process definition

Quality Process means a structured process resulting in a document that supports articulation of business, application, information, and technology design considerations that together describe how a proposed or existing solution meets the defined business needs and goals.
Quality Process means the quality assurance procedures, methods and mechanisms that assure consistency and control in producing a product or service. It also includes appropriate reviews, tests, and reports that provide for process evaluations and continuous improvements as more completely specified and in Section 2.1(d), 2.2(e), 2.3 and 2.4, and in Exhibit 3, and in the relevant Virtual Systems House Agreement.

Related to Quality Process

  • Manufacturing Process means any process for—

  • RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

  • Quality system means documented organizational procedures and policies: internal audits of those policies and procedures: management review and recommendation for quality improvement.”

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • cGMP means current Good Manufacturing Practice as set forth in the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and includes all rules and regulations promulgated by the FDA thereunder.

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
