Quality of Service Standards definition

Quality of Service Standards means the standards for the performance of the Networks contained in Schedule 2.2 hereto or an Addendum to this Agreement.
Quality of Service Standards means Parameters defining the applicable quality of service standards for specific services including the methods of taking measurements that measure service performance against prescribed parameters, and any applicable targets for the prescribed parameters identified in this Directive.
Quality of Service Standards means the quality of service standards specified from time to time by the XXX, following a consultation with the Licensee and others, in relation to Licensed Services or to the availability or performance of any part of Licensed System;

Examples of Quality of Service Standards in a sentence

  • The Authority reserves the right to establish price control arrangements and Quality of Service Standards for the Services provided by the Licensee with which the Licensee shall comply.

More Definitions of Quality of Service Standards

Quality of Service Standards means the agreed standards in respect of Declared Services set out in the Technical and Operations Manual.
Quality of Service Standards means the quality of service standards as maybe prescribed by the Authority in relation to licensed services.
Quality of Service Standards means the quality of service standards as may be prescribed by the Authority in relation to licensed Network Facilities.

Related to Quality of Service Standards

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • Supply of services means any transaction which does not constitute a supply of goods.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Service/s has the meaning set forth in letter D. of the Preamble.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Terms of Service means those Support Services and Professional Services terms posted at xxxx://xxx.XXXXXXX.xxx/terms-of-service/, which are incorporated herein. Client acknowledges and agrees it has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Quality factor (Q) means the modifying factor, listed in Tables I and II of 38.4(4), that is used to derive dose equivalent from absorbed dose.

  • Quality system means documented organizational procedures and policies: internal audits of those policies and procedures: management review and recommendation for quality improvement.”

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • End Client Requirements means the specific requirements of the End Client, as notified to the Supplier in writing;

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • Applicable water quality standards means all water quality standards to which a discharge is subject under the federal Clean Water Act and which has been (a) approved or permitted to remain in effect by the Administrator following submission to the Administrator pursuant to Section 303(a) of the Act, or (b) promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 303(b) or 303(c) of the Act, and standards promulgated under (APCEC) Regulation No. 2, as amended.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.
