Quality Data definition

Quality Data means the data collected by the Maryland Health Care Commission under COMAR 10.25.08.
Quality Data means the data collected by the Maryland Health Care Commission under COMAR 10.25.08. S. “Race, Ethnicity, Language, Interpreter Need, and Cultural Competency (RELICC)” means a subset of the data collected by the Maryland Health Care Commission under Insurance Article §31-119(d)(2)(iii), Annotated Code of Maryland.
Quality Data means information consisting of or derived directly from data providers pursuant to Chapter 270 of the MHDO’s rules, Uniform Reporting System for Quality Data Sets. "Quality data" do not include analysis, reports, or studies if those analyses, reports, or studies have already been released as part of a general distribution of public information by the MHDO.

More Definitions of Quality Data

Quality Data has the meaning given in clause 11.1; Quarter means a period of three (3) consecutive months commencing respectively on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October in any year (provided that the first Quarter and last Quarter falling during the Term shall be reduced as necessary);
Quality Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Quality Data means information and data relating to the quality and status of Services and Products provided under this Agreement, including in-process yields, a Pareto chart of quality failures, final quality audit data, factory PPM data, supplier quality performance, on-time deliveries, return rates, failure rates, no fault found rates, and corrections.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

The employer shall not accept or incur any liability to a tenderer for such cancellation and rejection, but will give written reasons for such action upon written request to do so. F.2 Tenderer’s obligations F.2.1 EligibilitySubmit a tender offer only if the tenderer satisfies the criteria stated in the tender data and the tenderer, or any of his principals, is not under any restriction to do business with employer. F.2.2 Cost of tenderingAccept that the employer will not compensate the tenderer for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a tender offer, including the costs of any testing necessary to demonstrate that aspects of the offer satisfy requirements. F.2.3 Check documentsCheck the tender documents on receipt for completeness and notify the employer of any discrepancy or omission. F.2.4 Confidentiality and copyright of documentsTreat as confidential all matters arising in connection with the tender. Use and copy the documents issued by the employer only for the purpose of preparing and submitting a tender offer in response to the invitation. F.2.5 Reference documentsObtain, as necessary for submitting a tender offer, copies of the latest versions of standards, specifications, conditions of contract and other publications, which are not attached but which are incorporated into the tender documents by reference. F.2.6 Acknowledge addendaAcknowledge receipt of addenda to the tender documents, which the employer may issue, and if necessary apply for an extension to the closing time stated in the tender data, in order to take the addenda into account. F.2.7 Clarification meetingAttend, where required, a clarification meeting at which tenderers may familiarize themselves with aspects of the proposed work, services or supply and raise questions. Details of the meeting(s) are stated in the tender data. F.2.8 Seek clarificationRequest clarification of the tender documents, if necessary, by notifying the employer at least five working days before the closing time stated in the tender data. F.2.9 InsuranceBe aware that the extent of insurance to be provided by the employer (if any) might not be for the full cover required in terms of the conditions of contract identified in the contract data. The tenderer is advised to seek qualified advice regarding insurance. F.2.10 Pricing the tender offer F.2.10.1 Include in the rates, prices, and the tendered total of the prices (if any) all duties, taxes (except Value Added Tax (VAT), and other levies payable by the successful tenderer, such duties, taxes and levies being those applicable 14 days before the closing time stated in the tender data. F2.10.2 Show VAT payable by the employer separately as an addition to the tendered total of the prices.

  • cGMPs means current good manufacturing practices as described in Parts 210 and 211 of Title 21 of the United States’ Code of Federal Regulations, together with the latest FDA guidance documents pertaining to manufacturing and quality control practice, all as updated, amended and revised from time to time;

  • Manufacturing Process means any process for—

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • SOPs has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • High Quality Waters means all state waters, except:

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • labelling means any words, particulars, trade marks, brand name, pictorial matter or symbol relating to a food and placed on any packaging, document, notice, label, ring or collar accompanying or referring to such food;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.
