  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, from and after a Qualifying Transfer, holders of shares of Series E Preferred Stock that are thereafter convertible into shares of Common Stock shall have the right to vote on any matter on which the holders of Common Stock are entitled to vote.

More Definitions of Qualifying Transfer
