Qualifying Temporary Worker means any Temporary Worker who at the relevant time is entitled to the rights conferred by Regulation 5 of the AWR and in particular has been provided to the Authority (whether by the Service Provider or any third party) for the qualifying period as defined in Regulation 7 of the AWR subject always to Regulations 8 and 9 of the AWR;
