Qualifying Shares definition

Qualifying Shares means shares of Common Stock which either (i) have been owned by the Grantee for more than six (6) months and have been “paid for” within the meaning of Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act, or (ii) were obtained by the Grantee in the public market.
Qualifying Shares means the mandatory, non-withdrawable minimum shares to be purchased by an approved applicant to be admitted and to enjoy the full rights and privileges of becoming a member of a co-operative society;

Qualifying Shares means the minimum number of fully paid shares in the Company required to be held by a Transacting Shareholder to be eligible for rebates.

Qualifying Shares means all shares of a Fund held by MFMP investors, except for Excluded Shares.
Qualifying Shares means all shares of a Fund purchased through and held in an account established by the Service Provider with the Fund during the term of this Agreement.
