Qualifying certificate definition

Qualifying certificate means the certificate issued by the tax commissioner after the operator of a distribution center files an annual application with the commissioner. The application and annual fee shall be filed and paid for each qualified distribution center on or before the first day of September before the qualifying year or within forty-five days after the distribution center opens, whichever is later.
Qualifying certificate means a certificate issued by the Registrar to a lawyer in accordance with Regulation 8 of the 2003/2004 Regulations certifying that the lawyer is qualified to pursue the professional activi- ties of a solicitor;
Qualifying certificate means a certificate from the Supplier and/or the Launch Services Provider (as the case may be) substantially in the form set out in Schedule 18 (Qualifying Certificate) and signed by an Authorised Signatory of such person.
