Qualified Unit definition

Qualified Unit means a residential unit in the Project designated for occupancy by Qualified Tenants.
Qualified Unit means a rent-restricted unit that is occupied by individuals
Qualified Unit means a Qualified Unit as defined in the Operating Agreement.
