Qualified Subcontractor definition

Qualified Subcontractor means a subcontractor with whom Baxter has a signed agreement, with provisions that protect Client Confidential Information and intellectual property at least as stringent as the provisions of this Agreement, and that has been audited and approved as a supplier by Xxxxxx’x quality assurance department to provide the services to be subcontracted.
