Qualified Security Assessor. For purposes of this sub-section, “Cardholder Data” has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. Qualified Security Assessor means a security assessor that has been certified as such by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Qualified Security Assessor or "QSA" means a company accredited by the payment card industry as being qualified and approved to carry out appraisals and audits of suppliers of PCI related services.
