Qualified project definition

Qualified project means the construction or expansion of any capital project of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, the aggregate actual or budgeted capital cost of which (in each case, including capital costs expended by the Borrower or any such Restricted Subsidiaries prior to the construction or expansion of such project) exceeds $50,000,000.
Qualified project means an eligible project which has been selected by the bank to receive a loan or other financial assistance from the bank to defray an eligible cost.
Qualified project means a qualified low‑income building as that term is defined in Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, that is located in South Carolina and receives approval for tax credits from the South Carolina Housing and Finance Development Authority provided pursuant to this section.

  • The Corporation has provided a Take-out Commitment to the Construction Lender who is financing the construction and/or rehabilitation of the Qualified Project, all for the purpose, among others, of inducing the Borrower to construct or acquire, renovate, equip and operate the Qualified Project.
