Qualified Position means a position that:

For purposes of this Section 6.3, the term "Fiberite" includes both Fiberite, Inc. and Fiberite Holdings, Inc., in that Employee will receive the aforementioned additional severance compensation upon: (1) a Change of Control of either Fiberite, Inc. or Fiberite Holdings, Inc. and (2) the other conditions set forth herein are met.
