Qualified Occupant definition

Qualified Occupant means a person 18 years of age or older who, during the entire period of his or her occupancy of the Property, earns his or her living by working in Summit County, Colorado at least 30 hours per week for a business located in and serving the County, together with such person’s spouse and minor children, if any.
Qualified Occupant means a person aged 18 or older, along with his or her Dependents, if any, who at all times during ownership or occupancy of the Unit, resides and is employed within the County year round, an average of at least 30 hours per week on an annual basis. “Employed within the County,” also referred to as “Local Employment”, shall mean that the person earns his or her living from a business or organization operating in and serving the County, which requires his or her physical presence within the boundaries of Summit County in order to complete the task or furnish the service, by working in the County at such business or organization an average of at least 30 hours per week on an annual basis.
Qualified Occupant means a person who meets the eligibility criteria for tenancy as set out in Schedule “B”;

Examples of Qualified Occupant in a sentence

  • The date on which the Administrator notifies the Subject Property Owner and/or Occupant(s) that he or she must verify compliance with the terms of this Covenant and receive approval as a Qualified Owner or Qualified Occupant.

  • The Administrator may, at any time, require any Occupant to verify that he or she is a Qualified Occupant and/or is otherwise fully compliant with this Covenant.

  • The Administrator may, at any time: (1) require the Subject Property Owner to verify that he or she is a Qualified Owner, (2) require the Subject Property Owner to verify that any Occupant is a Qualified Occupant, (3) require the Subject Property Owner to verify that he or she has not defaulted in any Secured Obligation related to the Subject Property, and/or (4) require the Subject Property Owner to verify that he or she is otherwise fully compliant with this Covenant.

  • A person who receives approval as a Qualified Tenant must meet the requirements for approval as a Qualified Occupant for as long as they occupy the Subject Property.

  • Any: (1) Ownership Applicant, Rental Applicant, Subject Property Owner or Occupant who does not meet one or more of the requirements for approval as a Qualified Purchaser, Qualified Tenant, Qualified Owner, or Qualified Occupant, respectively, may apply to the Administrator for an exception to any such requirement.
