Qualified Certificate definition

Qualified Certificate means a Certificate that meets the requirements of EU law and is provided by an Issuer CA meeting the requirements of EU law.
Qualified Certificate means a certificate which meets the requirements laid down in Annex I and is provided by a certification-service-provider who fulfils the requirements laid down in Annex II;
Qualified Certificate means a Certificate (i) that is issued by a Qualified Trust Service Provider pursuant to the requirements of applicable EU or Swiss certification and electronic signature laws, and (ii) that carries the highest assurance level of “qualified” pursuant to such requirements.
