Qualification Process definition

Qualification Process means the completion of the Pre-selection Process developed and conducted by the TSO as well as the prequalification with the objective of verifying the eligibility for Bid submission.
Qualification Process means the process set out in Section J and BSCP537whereby an Applicant is assessed to determine whether it satisfies the Qualification Requirements (and for the avoidance of doubt where the context allows also includes re-Qualification);
Qualification Process means the process of selecting from among the Prospective Bidders those who will be found eligible to take part in the proposed Bidding Process as Qualified Bidders;
