PV System Assets definition

PV System Assets means each and all of the assets of which the PV System is comprised, including the solar energy panels, mounting systems, carports, tracking devices, inverters, integrators, Battery Energy Storage Systems, if any, and other related equipment and components installed on the Premises, electric lines and conduits required to connect such equipment to the Point of Delivery, protective and associated equipment, improvements, Metering Device(s), and other tangible and intangible assets, permits, property rights and contract rights reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the PV System.
PV System Assets means each and all of the assets of which the PV System is comprised, including the solar energy panels, mounting systems, carports, tracking devices, inverters, integrators, Battery Energy Storage System, if any, and other related equipment and components installed on the Premises, electric lines and conduits required to connect such equipment to the Point of Delivery, protective and associated equipment, improvements, Metering Device(s), and other tangible and intangible assets, Permits, property rights and contract rights reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the PV System.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4.12 (Abandonment of PV System), Section 4.13 (User’s Right to Acquire the PV System) and Article 13 (PV System Purchase and Sale Options), User shall have no ownership of or other interest in the PV System or any PV System Assets or other equipment or personal property of Contractor installed on the Premises, and Contractor may remove all or any portion of the PV System or any PV System Assets at any time and from time to time as further provided in the Agreement.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, User hereby waives any statutory or common law lien that it might otherwise have in or to the PV System and other PV System Assets or any portion thereof.

Related to PV System Assets

  • PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II hereof.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Services;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
