putting into service means the stage at which a device, other than an investigational device, has been made available to the final user as being ready for use on the Union market for the first time for its intended purpose;

  • Having successfully carried out the Putting into Service tests Contractor will perform the Operating Tests of all and each Hydroelectric Exploitation equipment and particularly, equipment of the Station, which must be according to the Execution Schedule and the provisions of Annex 13.
