Put Payment definition

Put Payment means with respect to any Contract or Underlying Contract constituting a lease, the payment, if any, required to be made by the Obligor under the terms of such lease in connection with the required purchase by such Obligor or Underlying Obligor of the related Equipment or Underlying Equipment at the end of the term of such lease.
Put Payment means the amount payable to a Warrant Holder upon exercise of its Put Rights under Clause 6.3 (Purchase of Warrants) and to be determined in accordance with the provisions in Schedule 7 (Put Payment).
Put Payment means, with respect to any Contract, the payment made pursuant to a provision in such Contract obligating the Customer to purchase the related Equipment upon termination.

Examples of Put Payment in a sentence

  • First payment will be due at the successful Closing of the first Put ("Payment Date" or "Payment Dates"), and all subsequent payments will be made at the Closing of every Put thereafter, until this Note is paid in full.
